We respect your privacy and want you to know what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. This policy covers both the landing page where you choose your country and the registration form where you complete your details.

What we collect

On the landing page:

• The country and city you select from the drop-down menus.

On the registration form (linked from this page):

• Your name and contact details (email, phone).
• Information you provide about your church, role, and ministry.
• Responses you give during the conference (evaluation forms).
• Any photos of physical forms you upload, which we process to extract text.

Why we collect it

• To organize the Leadership Mentorship Program in your country.
• To send you the venue, schedule, and any pre-conference information.
• To contact you about the conference and any follow-up materials.
• To improve the program based on your evaluation feedback.
• To translate forms or responses provided in your local language.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone outside DCLM for any purpose other than running the program.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to run the program and respond to your inquiries. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who has access

• The DCLM Leadership Mentorship Program team.
• The local country coordinator for your country.

We may use third-party service providers to operate the program, for example for hosting and email delivery. These providers process your data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can:

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

Where your data goes next

When you click Register Now on the landing page, you are taken to our registration form, which is hosted separately. The form is part of the same program, governed by this same Privacy Policy, and operated by the same DCLM team.
